A: Many samples are available free of charge however they are evaluated on an 

       individual  basis.

Q3. What is the lead-time for samples?

A: Sample lead-time varies depending on the level of customization, however most 

       samples  can be delivered within 2 weeks.

Q4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Due to the custom nature of our products, the minimum order quantity is 

      generally 1000 pieces for gear motors and 5000 pieces for DC motors, but we 

      can support  your business to accept small order for prototype testing, please 

      contact our sales for detailed. 

Q5. What is the lead-time for a production order?

 A:The lead-time does vary depending on the complexity of the motor, generally, it is 

       about 3-4 weeks after order confirmed.

Q6. What parameter should I provide before the sample making ? 

A:   Normally we need to know the Nominal Voltage, Free-load Speed, On-load 

       Torque, On- load Speed, Rotation Direction, Shaft Diameter and Length. If there

       is other special requirement, please let us know in advance,such as working

       current limits,EMC  limits,noise limits,expected lifetime and shaft process(D-

       shape, multy  knurls,mounting holes etc).
